There are 2 bars aproimatly 3 inches long on the bottom right hand side of tumbler. Can they be getting so hot to make burn marks in clothing? What else can cause burning to the cloths? Does not happen with each load. Tried different heat settings and something still gets a burn line about 3 inch long by less then a 1/4 inch wide.
Thanks for your help.

No. Sounds like these are your moisture sensor and they do not heat up.

More likely that the cloths are getting caught between the drum and the frame.
Check the seals at the front and back of the drain.
Check that there is not too much movement up and down of the drum. Could be the front glides ar rear support are shot.
