We are in search of Thermostat (Part#4164362), KitchenAid discontinue making this part, searched from the Web also turned out negative. Any suggestion or advice are greatly appreciated. Thanks.

The only way is if you could find a company who does rebuild such parts. It should be somewhere but I do not have such information.

Check ebay. You can also create a "Want it Now" ad on ebay telling other of the part your looking for.
