I have a Roper REX3615we2 electric dryer, approximately 7 years old which will heat and dry clothes but will not shut off. I have recently replaced the high limit thermostat, the thermal cutoff, the thermal fuse as well as a new timer (ana thorough cleaning). I cna only assume I have installed something incorrectly or one of the new parts is bad. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Very likely the problem is a bad timer motor resistor. measure its resistance. It suppose to be close to 5000 Ohms. If this resistor is open , there is no power to the timer motor. - The timer resistor Part number: AP3094277

Thanks Gene, I will check the resistance. I did notice that the timer does move in the timed cycle, hower, although it stops moving when it reaches the 'off' setting and the dryer keeps running.
