Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/4/2010(UTC) Posts: 2		Hi, Our 2 year old kennmore side by side refrigerator is generating a lot of ice in the freezer , on the walls and compartments of the freezer. also there is some ice on the vents in the referigerator and milk is getting bad. one of thre repair technicians told us that heater is bad, can that be the problem. can someone help? What is the complete model number of the refrigerator? Gene.
