I just received the replacement lower rack from you yesterday (very fast shipping, thanks!) for my Jenn-Air DW 711W, part # AP4114806. While it fit in the dishwasher, it's missing all 12 tines in the lower right quadrant used to hold 6 large dishes. No additional inserts were provided and there's no way to remove these from the old dishrack since it appears to be all 1 piece. And even if there were, I purchased this part due to rust on the existing tines (on the bottom where the lower dishes sit on the rack). I just read another June 2010 post regarding someone receiving this part WITH additional inserts which apparetly did not sit firmly in place. As it stands this is a waste of dishwasher space, plus the dishes in the upper right quadrant aren't as stable with that gaping space. Please advise if there are any remedies short of return for full refund.

Dear ted522,

I see that you have already spoke to one of our reps previous to this post. Let me verify their findings and call you back tomorrow at the number we have on file. I will do a little research myself and see what I can do before issuing a refund.

Thanks for your quick reply yesterday, let me know your final recommendation by 4 PM EDT today so I can take advantage of Labor Day sales on new dishwashers. If I don't hear from you by then I'll plan move forward with the return for refund.
