Hi,

I am currently looking to buy a used whirlpool washing machine.

Our old whirlpool cabinet is 27 inches across, one we see listed for sale is 24 inches across and says large capacity.

Does the cabinet size reflect the tub size?

Here is the link if you want to see it

Whirlpool Washer

Thanks

Matt

The answer is yes. The 27 inch cabinet is known as Extra large or super capacity. Mine will hold a queen size comforter, but not wash it correctly. The 24 inch will hold less.
