Let's try to narrow it down a little. Is the igniter glowing? Your dryer should have a little plastic plug on the lower left of the front panel. Remove it, it just pops out. Turn the dryer to timed dry, set on high heat, start it, and watch through the little opening. Does the igniter glow orange?
