I have a 10 year old Amana Flat Top electric range, model # ART6110WW. The right front burner does not heat up anymore. I called your sales staff and was told to buy Part Number: AP4041842 made by WHIRLPOOL. Before I purchase this part, I have two questions: 1) Is this the right part? 2) How do I replace this part? 3) How do I get to the element to replace it?

I am having the very same problem with my Amana.

I too need to know how to replace an element in a glass top range. In my case it is the left rear. Can I replace it from underneath or do I have to take the glass top off?
