Can someone tell me what steps are required to remove the oven door from my Kitchenaid KEMS306XWH5 and once it's removed how it is disassembled to replace the inner glass? Thanks

It will be easier if you do.

Do I lift the door off the hinges or is the door attached to the hinges by screws? The diagram is unclear on this.

I think you lift the door up then out, each model is a little different.

We were unable to figure out how the door comes off the hinges as my friend never saw a hinge setup like the Kitchenaid. But we were able to take the door apart, replace the broken inner glass and put it all back together.

Thanks

Most of the Whirlpool ovens have an extra hole in the hinge. Insert a nail or Allen Key on each side. Cautiously close the door and like magic, the hinges pop out of the oven frame.
