Hi oona

The model number you posted is incorrect. Please, verify it and post again.

Hi,

Thank you for the post. I checked it again and it is RCI-645VN and the serial # is 66C42955 I don't know how old it is, but it is in very good condition and an odd thing that I have never seen before is the cooktop part of the range pushes back and is covered by a stainless steal cover. The ovens are on top and the cooktop is on the bottom. The information on the Frigidaire is Custom Imperial.

Hi oona

By the description you provided I'm assuming your range is at least 30 years old. The model number on such old appliances does not come up any were. I'm afraid it is not possible to help you to solve the problem without seeing the unit.

Thank you for trying perhaps it's just too old to fix, but I think the range is neat simply because it's so different. Again thank you.

If both bake and broil don't work, probably a burnt wire on selector switch, bad switch, or burnt wire on both bake and broil elements.
