Hello, It seems to cycle properly except when it finishs drain cycle, thereis still water in the unit..near or full. When I hit the drain/reset button, it drains. Need to do this every time. Checked the float valve and it is functioning. Not a lot of water comes out the drain hose when I hit the button. I appreciate the help!!, Bob

there was a small plastic part trapped in the valve that the drain hose attaches to. Had to remove the valve and disassemble the valve and found it. it was pea sized and came off something washed..
