Hello I have Maytag washer. It started with loud clunking noise and when I stopped it I noticed that the sheets were all tangled and wrapped around the agitator. Took everything out and still had that loud noise. On spinning it was working fine. I had repair person to check it out and he said that drive pulley, belt and helix needs to be replaced. I would like to do it on my own, just would like to make sure that is what causing it. And how difficult the job is?Would anyone of you have the same problem? Thanks a lot.
