I have a jenair refrig. that I am having problems with. Had defrost adaptor replaced in March then just replaced heater/therom. assy due cooling problems with freezer and refrig. NOW water/ice dispenser stop working, What's the problem?

What do you mean by quit working, no lights, no flapper, no water, etc. ?

Check at the top freezer door hinge, under the hinge cover, and see if it's just a loose connection in the door harness.

Then give us know the results and we can help you further,if needed.
