I have a 22" bottom freezer refrigerator. My fridge is warm but the freezer works fine. The thermostat settings are set on 3. I cleaned condenser coils. The condenser fan works but no cold air is going into the fridge. The control damper works fine, which is in the open position, but no cold air is blowing past the damper. Any suggestions on what the problem is?

Is the back wall of freezer or top of freezer covered in frost? If not, the air duct from freezer to freshfood is probably blocked with frost..If you have heavy frost where the evaperator is you have a defrost problem, if the air duct is blocked, you may have an air leak. Let me know your findings on the frost
