I was having problems with losing the display on the clock so after reading a few posts on this forum with the same problem, I purchased a new control board. Got it in yesterday, the clock works but when I turn on the oven I get a E1 F2 code. I disconnected the power, rechecked the connections, cleaned the ribbon for the control panel, then turned it back on. The oven came on very briefly, but then the same error codes came back. ANy help?

ANy help? Did you notice any damage to the key pad ribbon tracers ? Did the ribbon fit tight into the control board connector ? Are you sure you did not twist the ribbon, and connect it upside down ?l The F2 E1 code indicates, the control is not seeing the ribbon attached to the control board. It appears you may need a control panel assembly, once you've cleaned and checked everything again. Part number: AP3131916

Joe, I ended up getting a new control panel, and it worked! Very happy, thanks for all the help. I did notice crack in the ribbon which may have been the culprit.

Great, Glad to hear you got the oven working. Yes, the crack was the problem, in some cases a deep crease in the ribbon causes a failure on new parts as well(mis handling or packaging). :) :) :)
