My Bosch SHU9915UC U11 has stopped cleaning well. Also it is so noisey I know something is going on. Replacing the pump sounds easy enough but how do you get the Bosch screws off the panel below? I would think its the pump but I'm a teacher and have no experience with these things. Thanks.

Before you do any repairs, remove the screens inside the dishwasher and clean all debris inside. Follow the instructions in the Owner manual.

I have done that so many times. There is water that pools in the bottom under the ring tower. Help!! Again thanks for any input

I feel there are a pieces of broken glass, causing that noise. I attached some instructions to the reply.
