My machine is 3-1/2 yrs old. The motor went out. Would I be better off buying the motor assy, part # 8531021, approx $115, or the Sump and Motor Assy, part #8268413, approx $175. I'm more concerned about ease of installation and longevity than the cost of the parts. Thanks

Before you buy anything be sure to check the
owners manual to see if there is any warranty
left on the dishwasher. Some units did have 5
years on the motor.

As far as which one to buy,
unless you simply cant afford it I would get the
assembly.
