Water is not draining in the basin. I've taken apart all I can inside the waher and cleaned it but to no avail. It looks like a hose is connected to the disposal, do I take the disposal out and clean it? Wife's getting on me....please help!:)

Yes, you should remove(disconnect) the drain hose from the disposal and try to drain the unit into a bucket, if it drains, the problem is Not in the dishwasher, or if it was clogged in the hose or pump that will clear it. If it still does not drain then the problem is most likely a damaged drain impeller. Please supply a proper model number if more assistance is needed.

We really cant efficiently help without it, any thing else would only be a guess.:o

Again, try draining the unit into a bucket, and let us know what occurs.

I think I figured it out, I found a little marble in the propeller area. I think it was jamming it up. I blew it all out and flushed it, ect. It seems to work now! Thanks for you help! Stuart
