The ice maker makes ice normally. It dispense water normally, but when I rest a glass on the ice door won't drop ice. It make the normal noise of the motor working, but no ice. Any idea what it might be?

As I understand this everything works and sounds normal but no ice comes out the chute, into the glass?

I would suspect the drive fork on the motor has stripped off the motor shaft,or the motor shaft has broken off the motor(not likely).
(you will need to remove the ice bin to check those components).

the auger in the bin itself may have broken, may have bent and is out of position to mate to the auger drive fork and will not turn.

I hope this helps you to solve your situation.

I check suggested components and i realized that the auger drive doesn't turn when the bin full of ice, but it does turn when is empty. So that means, I need to replace the motor?
