Dryer seems to be working normally but blows the 220 circuit breaker after 15-20 minutes. The breaker feels very hot. The dryer will not trip the breaker when the heat is off and just on fluff the breaker stays cool. Continuity test on the element and the thermostat showed no problem. A visual inspection of the element looks discolored but in good shape. Do you think it is the dryer or circuit breaker? Thanks, David

Thanks, David David, It is most likely a weak circuit breaker or loose wire in your electric panel. The Breaker cannot hold under the 20 amp draw when the heater circuit is energized, and opens after a period of time.
