I am not getting water from the dispenser. The water solenoid valve is functioning. Is it possible the tubing going to the dispenser is clogged and if so what would you suggest? I can't seem to figure out how the water line is threaded to the dispenser from the valve.

The first thing I would check is the water tank and tubing assembly (#810 on the break down diagram) in the fresh food compartment. It is very common when it's freezing up.

If there is nothing wrong then disconnect the water line under the freezer door (#80 on the break down diagram) and check if water will come out while the water dispenser lever is pushed in.

If it does then the problem is a frozen water line inside the freezer door.

Here are the break down diagrams for the GE refrigerator Model GSS25JEMCWW
