Is there a way to diagnose what this issue may be? Had someone come out and at that time is was showing proper temps.a few days later freezer at 25 and fridge at 40...they charged me 75.00 just to say hello and goodbye.

From what I read these Arctica GE products are terrible. However it is counter depth and really dont want to spend 2k on a new one right now if I can fix....

Thanks for any advice.....

Motherboard?
Compressor?

What typically is the issue when this occurs?

How are the fans in the freezer and next to the compressor working?

Make sure the condenser is clean.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check how the evaporator is covered with snow.

Post the results.
