remvd drain tube back of fridge, cleaned tube and evap pan--also cleaned tube from back of fridge as far into drain tube that could be reached--still leaks--drain tube comes out of freezer and runs on bottom of freezer compt. --screws remvd form temp control panel --cannot get access to drain plug. any suggestions would be very helpful!

The drain plug can be tricky to get to sometimes but you need to get to it and pour some very hot water on it and try to stick something in there to chip at the ice that is probably stuck in there...goodluck
