I have a GE JVM1660BB Microwave oven with a broken outer frame. I found a replacement part on line but for the life of me I cannot get the outer frame off. Other than two screws which I removed it looks like it just snaps in, it is all plastic, but no joy. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get the outer frame piece off on this Microwave.
