I just got done replacing the outer tub assembly on this washer (the bearing was way gone). I am having a heck of a time to say the least on getting the boot back on. I have the boot in the inner rim but I can't seem to get the part of the boot to stretch over the plastic rim where the boot spring gets pulled over to hold the boot in place? Any ideas or helps?

I went back and the trick to putting the boot back on is to first put the outer part on where the boot spring attaches and second to push ion the inmner part of the boot onto the inner basket. I know, call me a dumb_ _ _. Anyway, hope this helps whoever else out there that tries this repair.
