I Have A Whirlpool Single door Refrig .
When we Purchased it There were notes stating that it would make different noises tha what we may be use to.
They were correct but one noise continues to get LOUDER  I am assuming it is when the compressor kicks off. It Now Soulds like a mule kick from inside the frig.
Any Answers on what needs to be done to eliminate the noise ?

Please verify if it is when the compressor turns off. It could be a broken spring inside the compressor. Try and listen where the noise comes from by turning the refer off, and pinpointing the noise.

If you verify the noise is from the compressor, sometimes you can fix this by removing the compressor mounting clips and tilting the compressor to remove the noise. Worth a try, instead of replacing the compressor.

Ok The Noise Sounds like some kind of pop off valve pressure relief
It is very loud and does it 3or 4 times quickly before stopping.
It is comming from the bottom of the frig I said that it is a Whirlpool but it is a Kenmore
8 Years old but the noise has been since new but not nearly as Loud
