My freezer does not stay cold enough. It is an upright. It will get to 10 degrees over night but warms up considerably if you open it at all. It get a great deal of frost on the top shelf toward the back. I defrosted it and left it off for a couple days but no improvement when I tried again. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Possible the sealed system is low on Freon. It has to be tested by a certified refrigeration tech.
