The lower spray arm on our dishwasher is no longer rotating. It looks like some part of the bolt holding it on sheared off, leaving some fibers, etc., exposed. The rest of the washer works fine and I'd hate to get a new one if just this one part doesn't work. What all is involved in getting it to rotate again?

Remove the lower spray arm and the pump cover. Check the pump filter and the rinse arm (#6 & #7 at the diagram). If they are clogged with a hard water deposits, clean them with a white vinegar and a soft metal brush or just replace them.
