How do I remove the motor pulley which seems fused to motor?

I would tap it off with a small hammer. You are lucky they sell the pulley for this.

Here is a replacement pulley, looks like the short on in the above bulletin

Click on the above picture a new page should open with new views.
Click on the center picture and you will see the little teeth that hold the pulley onto the motor shaft.
