When using the warm water settings on our Whirlpool Washer, the water is decidedly cool, not warm. The hot water settings provide hot water and the cold water settings provide cold water but the warm water settings don't seem to be mixing correctly. Is this a problem with the fill valve or something else?

Take a temp reading of the water after you have filled the washer on a small wash, let it agitate for a couple of minutes before checking temp
