Have a PF code on my oven. Clock still works, but control panel is locked. Ordered a new control panel and installed it but does the same thing. Burners on top work..Light in the oven works, but the control panel is locked..

Try to do that: Press and hold START for 5 seconds, or until a single tone
sounds.

Tried that..no response..The control panel is locked up tight.tried all the tricks provided by whirlpool.
