I am constantly defrosting the freezer. I have to use a blow heater to get rid of the condensation and it is causing both the freezer and refrigerator to not get cold. Do I need a thermostat, defrost heater or something else?

Go to the back of the fridg. and remove the cover of the motherboard. Remove the bottom left 4 pin connector and jumper pins J11 and J8.
Freezer should defrost, if not, replace the freezer defrost heater and thermostat If it defrosts, replace the freezer thermistor and the motherboard.
