The control board has gone out on my washer. I have ordered the part and was wondering if anyone can help me put the wires back in the board so that I don't have to call a technician. It seems simple enough as plugging in a few phone/internet jacks in. I just want to know if it is possible for me to do this on my own, and then which wire goes into which jack.

If you already pulled the wires off and don't remember where they go, your only hope is to get the schematic, usually behind the control panel.
When doing this replacement, I always just swap the wires from the old control to the new.

Any idea as to where I can get a schematic? Do you mean behind the part when you say "control panel" or the actual washer itself? I already called Whirlpool and they can't send me the schematic.

Perhaps the connections are color coded by colored dots on the pc board.
