Compressor run and condensor fan running evaporator fan is not running. I was getting 120 volts at evaporated fan so I thought I had a bad fan motor so I replaced and still fan will not run can anyone help me with this thanx

You must measure the fan motor voltage with the motor plugged in. If no voltage, probably a bad door switch.

Thanx for you reply. Motor was connected and still getting voltage. Let fridge run for awhile and check back later and evaporated fan was running at that time checked back later and evaporated fan again wasn't running but compressor was running. Evaporated coil had frost on top half but not bottom half my understanding is it should have light layer of frost over entire coil
need help with trying to resolve. Thanx

With only half of the evaporator frozen, you have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at.

Probably a freon leak. Wouldn't the compressor go out on low head pressure or is it that the evaporator fan stops and keeping the head pressure up

The evaporator fan has little to do with the system leaking. Common problem is evaporator, or internal tubing micro cracks. Usually causes ingestion of air that raises the head pressure.
