I first noticed the refrigerator was not staying cool enough. It was staying around 50 degrees. I had a repairman out and he stated it was the damper that was bad. We ordered the damper and replaced the part. It doesn't seem like anything changed and it seems as though the freezer isn't staying cool enough either, I put a small glass of ice in the freezer and the center did not freeze. I don't feel any cold air blowing into the refrigerator side, I do hear blowing in the freezer side. Any suggestions? I just can't afford to have this guy keep coming out and telling me it's another part when he was wrong to begin with. I only ordered the part because he couldn't get it for a week. We ended up buying a cheap refrigerator because I just didn't trust that our refrigerator would be fixed in a timely manner and I couldn't afford to lose all the food in our old refrigerator.

Remove the back freezer panel and describe the frost pattern.
