I bought this frige used so I dont have all the history or perhaps even the whole story. Either way - here goes, when I first plugged it in it seemed to work just fine. After a few hours I took a temp reading and the freezer read around 20 and the frige was around 50. At this point the tops of both were warmer than their lower sections. I didnt think about it too much at this point since it had only been on for a few hrs. Its been a few days and here are the new readings - freezer top = 70, frige top = 70
reezer bottom = 20, frige bottom = 50
I was told that the water valve (4389177) wasnt working. I havnt tried to connect the water to see for myself so am not for sure but was wondering if there would be any connection? Hope you can help...

Thanks,
Ryan

Is the freezer fan running? Sounds like it's not moving any air and all the cold air is pooling in the bottom.

The fan wasnt running, I removed the panel just in front of it and no movement. I turned the fan blade by hand not even a full turn and it stayed running on its own. Thanks for the advise - will post new temps tomorrow.

Keep an eye on the fan, if it stops again you will need to get a new fan motor....Let me know the final results
