Please give me some guidance to remove the rubber pump connector (connects the pump with the tub) . It looks like it's either connected to a counterpart inside the wash tub, or it can be removed with a special tool. (there are 4 nubs that stick out around the circumference).

Also, I would appreciate instructions on removing the wash arm so that I can get to the strainers.
