I need help!! This is a side by side refrigerator/freezer. It has the same temp for both. I do have ice on the back wall of the freezer.:confused:

could be your heaters are not working, which could build up ice and stop your evaporator fan . get some ice for your tub put food in tere ,open freezer door defrost overnight start again in the morning ,.put ice tray in freezer when you have ice put food back, could be other things but start there:) :)
