The lights, cooling fan, and the condensor fan are working. The compressor does not turn on. Is the problem the compressor or something else?

The compressor does not turn on. Is the problem the compressor or something else?
Could be a number of things.
This unit uses an inverter board basically the compressor is on all the time but changes speed. This makes the unit more complicated to trouble shoot than the older starter device/compressor units.

Try to run the diagnostics.

Here is a manual.
Although it is not for your unit it does have info on the inverter type units so may be useful.
