The timer on my dryer works on one of the cycles, but not the other three. My dryer runs but does not heat up. Any ideas?

Disconnect the dryer and remove the back panel. This dude  mounts on the right hand side. If it checks out good then examine the 2 limits that mount on the outside of the heater element. On is on the heater and another is above it. If the one above is blown then the dryer needs to be cleaned. Lint buildup will cause overheating and overheating will make these safetys blow. my dryer isn't heated, one blue wire is loose, I cann't find where it connect to , the blue wire is close to ignitor kit, dryer's model no. is lgr2614bw2, whirlpool. please help me, i am desperate.

The flame sensor  4322666.pdf (340kb) downloaded 25 time(s).has a white wire and a blue wire attached to it. Many times the blue wire will just fall right out of the flame sensor. From constantly shutting on and off all during the drying cycle. The terminal will melt. SublimeMasterJW attached the following image(s):

When I test the heating coils my meter reads 00.2. My dryer is unplugged and the wires have been disconnected. I tested the red wire and the orange wire. Does this mean I need to replace the heating coils?

Whatever that is should be pretty close to what you should get when you test good coils.
