KitchenAid, double convection oven: Bottom oven went on by itself -- was told relay is bad need to replace electronics panel; also bottom element sparked when I tried to turn lower oven on and off -- new element? Haven't done this type of repair, parts are available -- questions: instructions on opening top panel (accessing computer panel and replacing) -- any help welcome; also access to bottom element? And replacing?

I tried the link and it works for me. Tried both Firefox which I use and Explorer.

Okay, so the problem I was facing was the lower overn was going on by itself -- KEBC208KSSO dual oven. I ordered and just replaced the electronics/computer board. Oven just came on again. Any thoughts out there?
