Remove the back cover, clean the condenser coil and check the fan next to the condenser coil.

Gene, I did remove the cover on the back of the refrigerator and when the compressor is running the condenser fan is working. Also, I clean the condenser coils. But when I plugged the refrigerator back in the clicking noise is coming from a circuit board on the back of the refrigerator and compressor and fan would not start up. The fan would move with every click.

Check for 120VAC at the connector J7-9 (orange wire) to terminal J8 (black wire) on the main control board. If there is 120VAC then the compressor has to be replaced and it has to be done by an authorized technician. If there is no 120VAC then replace the main control board. - The part number for the main control board is AP3950129 Gene.
