Our electric dryer listed above drys fine on the timer but not on the auto sense mode. This just started happening. Is there a sensor for this or is the timer controller in charge of moisture content!:) Thanx much!!!

Some dryers have two sensing fingers mounted on the rear wall. As the clothes rub against these two fingers any dampness in them causes continuity between the 2. As long a wet is sensed then the dryer will plug right along. When the moisture is not sensed any longer then the timer motor is energised and the timer will move to the end of cycle and shut down. If your dryer has such a board, yank the board out and clean the contacts with a swab and alcohol.Picture 002.jpg
It is small and located near the timer and can be accessed by removing the rear panel on the control console. Cleaning the contacts will fix this problem a lot of the time. I had a problem looking up your model number.

I have one that I took out of another dryer. I am sure you can get them though.
