I am with you-I have had several isues with my Bosch same model. I am wondering if Lowes sells cheaper models. The rinse aid dispenser has NEVER worked. The soap door wont open now. And all the timm=nes in the lower rack and most of the top have broken. I wrote to Bosch-they are not willing to do do anything.Dissapointing-all these problems will hurt them in sales. I ran into a friend shopping for a Bosch washer, and was about to get it until I told her of my problems and these reports online. I don't know whether to buy a new dispenser and soap door or not. Can you just throw the soap in the washer??

We purchased our bosch in March and occasionally, the dispenser has wet detergent left in it. Comments on another website suggested making sure that the dispenser cup is completely dry and that nothing is blocking the door from opening or the upper wash arm from spinning. I am going to try both of these approaches but based upon this thread I am wondering whether I should be calling a technician out while it is still under warranty.

Thoughts?

Thanks

Who installed your machine? When ours was installed, the detergent door door would open, but sometimes there was some soap left in it. I got out my level, and saw that the machine was level side to side, but completely out of level front to back. The leaning was remarkable. Using the adjusting screw, I leveled the machine front to back, and the problem was solved.

quote=btdylan;36967]Have had a Bosch SHV99A13UC/19 for three years. Have run the machine one or two times daily all three years. No problems until this door. Spoke to bosch and they said that there is no problems they are aware of. They did agree to fix it for labor only.... $100 for first 18 minutes and $120 each additional hour. (They must be aware)
Bought the part for $85 shipped and about twenty minutes later was back in action. I found a posting with quick directions for replacing the door and the part from this web page. It also fixed the rinse agent low warning indicator.
I hope I am lucky enough to get another three continous usage years!

What part did you replace? the circuit board or the soap dispenser?

Thanks,

dc
