The freezer door functions, ice dispenser, water dispenser, light, have stopped working. The ice maker still works, everything else on the freezer and refrigerator still works. What is the likely problem?

Stan, The first thing I would check is the wire harness on the bottom of the freezer door. Here are the break down diagrams for the Kitchen Aid refrigerator Model KSFS25FKBL01Gene.

I have a GE model #GSS23WGTABB refrigerator(just over a year old) that all the functions have stopped working on the door also and everyonce in a while the dispenser pad starts ticking (like it's going to blow). Do I need to replace the interface dispenser assembly (I was going to order it, but thought I would ask first). When it first quit working it would all of a sudden just start working out of the blue, now it is totally dead. Thank you, Gayle

Hi Gayle, Most likely the problem is the main control board which operates the dispenser. - The part number for the main control board is AP3950129 Gene.

It is on the back of the fridge, under the metal access panel (#801 on the break down diagram). Gene.
