my husband replaced the membrane switch and that corrected the problems with the touch pad, but the oven still does not heat. fan starts when bake cycle started but ignitor and gas valve do not operate. The oven light is on all the time and will not shut off even with the new membrane switch. We have not used the self clean feature ever after reading all of the problems. Broiler does not operate either. Oven would work for a while before we replaced the membrane switch, but had to unplug the range to turn it off. Then the oven quit working. My husband thinks the next part to replace is the #9761594 appliance central. I'm hoping it is something cheaper like a fuse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,

Did you hear a clicking sound when you tried to use Bake or Broil?

We did have the clicking sound one time, and the oven started heating for a short time and then shut off. We have not been able to repeat that, we only get the fan to run when we attempt to bake or broil.

Remove the control panel back cover and check for 120V between the black wire and the white/red wire on the spark module (wires have to be removed) while the control calls for Bake.

If there is 120V then the problem is a bad spark module.

If there is no 120V then the problem is a bad control board.

- The part number for the spark module is AP3672576

- The part number for the control board is AP3872569
