My ice maker makes clumps of ice after the cubes have been dumped in the bin.
My freezer had ice build up in it and they had to replace the unit that defrosts the freezer. Since that has been done my ice melts into clumps in the bin. I have had a repair man out and he can't figure out what it is, and why it started doing that. He says that what he did, would not cause the ice maker to do that. It makes the ice fine and the temp is where it should be. Do you have an answer to why it is doing that, and what needs to be done?

Make sure the round Ice dispenser door flap is
shutting all of the way and sealing properly.

Yes, I have checked the flap. It does close all the way and it looks like it has a good seal. Whats next?
