I have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that has water in the tub. I have cycled the system and the water drains out completely, also ran water in sink with and without disposal for long periods of time and noticed no water bleeding back to the tub. It appears after a few days of sitting water leaks into the tub and I have noticed it as high as the bottom of the door. Any help and/or suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Mike,

If you sure there is no any kind of back up, then the problem is a bad water inlet valve (under the dishwasher, on the left side).
