I have soapy (maybe dirty) water left in the bottom of the tank (a good half inch plus).. I hve replaced the the pump assembly ap3192221 and the module cntl arm as suggested. I have checked all lines they are clear. I have run a cycle with a citrus cleaner that is supposed to clean any buildups in the machine. And the problem still exists. Any suggestions besides throwing the machine away

Any suggestions besides throwing the machine away my sister had a GE PDW928000 with soapy water left in the bottom of the tank, after checking the drain hose was ok serviceman replaced the drain pump all works well hope this helps
