Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 5/10/2008(UTC) Posts: 3		My wife ran the auto self clean and when it finished it beeped once and the display panel went blank and the oven door remained locked. I have powe to range as the top burner ignite and light. How do I unlock the door and what could be my problem with the display panel? I pressed the puttons nothing happens.

Check both parts for continuity. Replace any of them if it's open. The thermal switch The oven TOD - The part number for the thermal switch is AP3799085 - The part number for the oven TOD is AP3086326 Gene.

Same thing happened to me and I got the wiring diagram located the thermister and checked it with a continuity meter and it read open (bad). I ordered the new part got it within a couple of days and replaced it. Everything works fine now.
